1) FYI-Fla.com, The Florida Internet Webcasting Network and Digital Publishing accepts no responsibility for any promises, services, products, content, opinions, statements or agreements made by or offered by any of the web-casters which use the FYI Vehicle. The views, promises, services, products, content, opinions, statements and agreements made, offered and/or communicated by the web-casters are their own. FYI-Fla.com is just and only a vehicle where all can promote their Industries, Businesses, Products, Entertainment, Views & Opinions.
2) Being that The Florida Internet Webcasting Network is a strong believer in the Constitution of the United States and the First Amendment entitling all to Freedom Of Speech... The Florida Internet Webcasting Network will make no effort to curtail Quality Communication of fellow Floridians & Americans as well as our International Web-casters.
3) FYI-Fla.com will stand strong for honesty, integrity and decency from all Webcasters on the network... anything less will not be acceptable and termination of our agreement is possible. FYI- Fla.com will not refund any Web-caster Maintenance Donations if this should occur.
4) FYI-Fla.com is not responsible for any down time of the Webcasting System due to Technical Issues, Upgrading of Equipment, Programs & Services, Server or Computer Outages, Power Outages, Political Unrest or Acts Of God which could effect or stop the programming for any period of time and due to this, FYI-Fla.com is not libel or legally bound to reimburse any Web-casting Maintenance Donations to any of the Web-casters for any reason. Let it be understood that FYI-Fla.com in any and all situations, will make every effort to Fix, Repair and Remedy any situation which might inhibit Webcasting in an expedient fashion.
5) It is understood that all 12 Month Webcaster Agreements are Final and for any reason, if the Webcaster does not use FYI-Fla.com or decides not to Webcast for any reason, FYI-Fla.com is not responsible for the choices and decisions of the Webcasters and will not refund any Webcaster Maintenance Donations. FYI-Fla.com Says... Only You Can Make It Happen!
6) FYI-Fla.com, the Florida Internet Webcasting Network and Digital Publishing accepts no responsibility for the Individual Webcaster’s or Business Web-caster’s motivation level, understanding of the medium, equipment and/or programs necessary to successfully Webcast, the Individual Webcaster’s plan of action or Business Webcaster’s business plan. We at FYI- Fla.com will make sure that all the information necessary to get started will be made available by giving all of the Webcasters access to our Web Page Instruction Guide called “Get Up And Webcast”. Then it is up to you to make it happen. Please know and understand that there will be some learning involved and as they say... what better way is there to learn to swim then to jump into the water at a comfortable depth and go for it.
7) FYI-Fla.com tells all Webcasters to respect and familiarize themselves with any and/or all copyrights laws pertaining to pictures, music and any other content which you choose to utilize in your Webcast presentations from outside sources. All Webcasters should do Due Diligence in this regard. FYI-Fla.com has set up an agreement with BMI, the Music Royalty Company, which will give us all legal access to over 500,000 popular music titles for use in our webcasts. FYI-Fla.com accepts no responsibility for copyright infringements and pirated content which is utilized by the Webcasters. You will receive information about “Getting Played & Seen”, The best way to acquire royalty free music and graphic art work for your station’s needs.
8) All Webcasters should know and understand any and all parameters regarding doing business in an above board manor pertaining to any necessary business licenses, permits, rules and laws of doing business in your area. All Webcasters should do Due Diligence in this regard. FYI-Fla.com accepts no responsibility pertaining to the Web-caster’s choice of business practice.
9) FYI-Fla.com accepts no responsibility for any Webcaster’s or Audience’s equipment including computers, peripherals and/or programs for any reason.
10) Please Understand... the true essence of the above Terms is that FYI-Fla.com wants only those who Will commit to and make every effort to succeed. Web-casters... Please Understand that quitting is not an option in Life or Business. To succeed, one must over come the hurdles, attain the knowledge and make a conscious decision to see it through. Becoming a Webcaster and member of the FYI-Fla.com Community will be an asset to your Life, your Business and be an extremely important vehicle in bringing legitimacy to mass media which has been lost.
